MaxNix76
Site URL: https://www.massimonicolosi.com/ Hi guys, having lost my webdesigner I've used SquareSpace to gain control of my own site. I've linked the DNS settings with Names.co.uk. Everything has found it's home except for one line. I don't know if it's linked but basically the SSL certificate status is unavailable. Any chance of some suggestions on how to fix this please? Thanks Link to comment
Ziggy
You need to replace the incorrect record found with the value that Squarespace has given you in the DNS settings on Names.co.uk. JayVanDyke
@MaxNix76 We kinda need to see the whole thing to be able to tell. My assumption though is that this is an A record. You'll probably need to delete this one but I'm not sure what record isn't showing up yet. ☕ Did I help you? MaxNix76
Well, thank you all for your input. I had to delete the one A entry but the thing that sorted everything out was to de-link my 3rd party domain and re-link it (creating a brand new ID). It managed to set itself up immediately.
