Line appearing between footer and section above it

I'm trying to place an image directly above the footer so that it appears as if they're one visual unit, however I'm getting a thing white line between the footer and the section above it. I've tried customising the code but to no avail. Any ideas? Is there a better way I should do this?

Your uploaded PNG image is off the bottom, which creates a white line on a light background. Before uploading, try moving the content down or removing the space in the cropping.
