Asstmpls
Hello, we are a new concierge company and are building our website for residents to be able to book our assistants. Was wanting some general feedback on our website. Our goal is for things to look nice and be easily understood. Web: https://www.asstmpls.community Link to comment
sprintwebsites
Hi! Your website looks very professional and trustworthy. The dark photos and sans serif fonts are giving a modern look, maybe even high end. Is this an expensive service? If this were my site, I would add more content on your homepage. See it more as a table of contents for the rest of your site pages with sections and short snippets to each inner page. I would add warmth to the imagery on the homepage too. If you are community driven, I'd love to see photos of happy people receiving their packages from a delivery person or someone doing the little things for them. "We bring smiles, convenience, and comfort right to your doorstep." "welcome home" is an awesome tagline. I would love to see visuals and colours that match that warmth. And I would describe exactly what a community concierge does right in that first hero section. Many won't know how you can change their lives for the better! Describe the problems that you will take away and joy you will add to their lives with your service! Adding a list of your concierge services even in the second sectio will help. Hope that helps! JessicaM
Hey @Asstmpls! Couple of things I noticed - I would add a little extra text to the top section stating who you are and what you do. Like, what are the "premium services"? Without explaining it, it's a guessing game - are you a mobile vet? premium dry cleaner? personal chef? You can see how it gets confusing. I actually learned more about what y'all do from this post than from the website! 🙂 Nice logo. I would actually remove the social media links from the header navigation and instead put a call to action button. The social media icons can go in the footer. There's actually more content on the asst Private page than the home page...this is where all of the info is hiding!! I would move some of this to the home page so that it's easy for people to find. The font size in the "what you'll have access to" section is quite small. Maybe I'm missing it, but I didn't actually find anything to purchase on the website. If that's the case, what is the cart icon for in the header? Change the /how-to-book-1 URL to /how-to-book Just my overall impression from the site - it's not easy enough for someone to become a customer. There needs to be more call to action buttons, and less hoops to jump through (the 5 step process). The more steps there are, the less likely someone is to take action. It needs to be "click this button to sign up/purchase", boom. That's it. Also I didn't see anything about pricing - which is everyone's #1 question. Most people will not pick up the phone to find out, so it's important to have it on your site.
