Remove or minimize link in bottom of portfolie page

I have made my new portfolio website and everything is nice except one thing. Using the portfolio template there is some link in the bottom of each case linking to the next case, they are fine on desktop, but as you can see on the attached image it looks stupid on mobile. Where do I change that? 🙏🚀
