What's the magic trick to get any support from squarespace?

There seems to be lots of people that love squarespace, but I don't understand it.

X.com can't help, and have replied once in 36 hoiurs

It's been over 48 hours since they last replied to a ticket.

I had a site down, and I have ended up having to fix it by moving my DNS over to Cloudflare, and I just need 2 simple things from them, yet I can't work out how to get any response out of sparespace.

So does anyone know what the magic trick is?

It's quite funny, I've just seen that @JayneC_SQSP has closed a load of topics saying they got resolved about 2 months after they were raised by contacting support and recommending others do the same.

So for anyone finding this in the future, after 5 days of no response from SquareSpace, I've migrated my domains completely to another provider and fixed the issues that I had, still no real resolution from SquareSpace, so if it get's closed saying I resolved it by contacting the customer service team, it didn't, it got resolved by getting the hell out of dodge and using a different provider.
