Trentwann
Yesterday I launched a new website for my client. We moved their domain from an old Squarespace 7.0 to. a new Squarespace 7.1. It had us disconnect the domain from the old site, go to GoDaddy to update the nameservers, and then wait. While it emailed that it was connected successfully, the old website is still appearing after 12+ hours. When I type in /home after the default url, it shows the new website. Is there a record or redirect that I can set up to help show the correct website when someone lands? The hope was for this to be set for an event today so the timing is important. Thanks in advance for any help! Link to comment

Are new users, who hadn't accessed the old site, experiencing the same issue? If you share the site URL, we can tell you if it's working for others. Trentwann
Hey @paul2009 - appreciate the reply. I ended up having to disconnect the domain entirely and then reconnect it using GoDaddy's nameservers rather than Squarespace's. I've had this issue before, but this one was unique because most of the pages were correctly updated - the home page was just stuck on the old version, even ~48 hours after a "domain connected successfully" email Link to comment
