Page Speed

Hi,

I am looking for some help regarding page speeds. I custom created the following webpage https://www.cps.scot/our-team but the load speed is terribly slow. I know that it is because of the amount and size of images used but wondered if anyone had a suggestion on how to speed things up some what?

Optimize the images and re-upload them, some are as big as 13MB you should be aiming for 0.5MB or less. You should be able to save ~50MB in page size just by doing that.
