Gallery Grid: section border has extra space / margin / padding - how to get rid of it?

I have this annoying extra space on the top of the gallery grid images, but I can't get rid of it.. how to do so?

It looks like this is coming from this custom code that has been added:

.page-section {
    padding-top: 20px !important;
}

I'm having a similar issue except it's not section specific. It's under the site nav regardless of which section is below. I've removed all the css and it changed nothing. 

Figured it out!

#siteWrapper main#page {
    margin-top: -39px !important;
}
