Universal Filter - Filter by size using item availability not tags

Hello,

I bought Universal Filter to enhance my e-commerce site.
I'm struggling to find a way to filter by size.

I've seen some tutorials use tags to enter the available size, however, obviously this would be very timely and runs risk of error.

There must be a way to filter through size using what stock is available?
