Pages appear published when I haven't published them

Hi there, 

I'm at the very beginning of designing a site for my business (still in the 14 day trial) - when I edit the pages, at the top of the screen it reads '[page name] Page.Published.' I don't think this is right as we haven't even paid for the subscription yet, so I just want to understand the definition of 'Published' in this context. I've checked the site settings and they're not set to published either. I've attached a screenshot for reference.
