Images not being uploaded on image upload. “Unable to authorize file upload” pops up

This pop up “Unable to authorize file upload.” is all the comes up. I have to “allow only specific file types” tab turned OFF. I received an email from squarespace a couple of days ago about my google drive connection not working to which i followed the instructions and disconnected and reconnected my drive file storage, not sure if that may be causing this issue.
