Help with Brine cocoa template

I'm using (cocoa) Brine 7.0 and when I go on mobile view I can't change the size of the banner.

You can use this to Website Tools > Custom CSS then save & reload the site

I have another question if you can help me with it, on the mobile app their is a yellow banner that shows at the top of the picture, is there a way to remove it?

Also the other banners pictures are cropped and doesn't show like on the desktop version is there a way to fix that?
