Issues with digital courses

Hello. I am having an issue with my digital courses. What I'd like to do is be able to issue a coupon code for 50% ALL digital courses. I have 2 of them already built and they're under different pricing plans. I believe I need to do this by indicating a category in my online store, which I have already called "Digital Learning".

Now, when I am editing my store page I can see my categories in the side panel. The only options available in the side bar are to "create a product". From there I can create a new digital course but this isn't what I need to do. I need to place both current digital courses into the category. I am not finding settings under my digital courses to categorize them at all.

Likewise, under Products, I can only add a new digital course under services. Did I create my courses incorrectly that they aren't showing up in my online store? My workaround has been creating a new section in my online store page and using content blocks to get them to appear in my online store.

What am I doing wrong? With the way it is currently structured, I am only able to issue a coupon code for one or the other. This is a huge problem as I offer dog rescues I partner with access to these courses for 50% off for their adopters. I really need this to work as I plan on adding more courses and I don't want rescues to have to keep track of different coupon codes for each course I add. Hope this is clear 🙂
