Domain name missing from dashboard

Hello,

My domain was transferred from google workspace automatically. However when I login to Squarespace I see no domain in domain dashboard. Can you please help?

I tried through chat, sadly no it only redirects to email approach. I sent the email and the case #10777702 has been assigned with no response yet.

I am having the same problem and no one replies. My domain was transffered from google but now is not listed. No one replies. I have no website. I can't even take my domain elsewhere to emergency set up a website. Horrible.
