trying to change the colour of my 'add to cart' button on hover

Hi,

I'm trying to change the button colour and hover button colour on my add to cart button.

At the moment it is white prior to clicking, but then once hovered and clicked it changes to blue.  I'd really like these to be the other way round, so that it goes white when it's clicked.

Any code for this?

You can use this to Website Tools > Custom CSS
