Help me recover expired domain

Hi, my domain expired here in squarespace, I already paid for it but because the auto renew is disabled, the domain not renewed and they refund my payment even I did not request for refund.

I dont know why it's not renewd even I paid for it for another 1 year in advanced.

Now I can't acccess my domain or renew it, I tried contacting support but there's no response.

Please help me.

What is the domain?

I am facing the same issue.  One of my domains expired.  The auto renew failed for some reason.  Now the payment is not processing.  Can someone please help?
