Donation suggested amounts do not show up when saved

I have created a donation block.  When editing Content / Donation Amounts, all of my categories and amounts are visible.  Yet after saving and going to the live web page, the suggested levels I entered are not showing up.  Only 3 of the 8 levels are appearing.  How do I get all levels to appear?
