Making all font Stratum1 & 2 on my one pager

I want the code for my whole site to be:

'Stratum1' Regular & Bold

'Stratum2' Regular & Bold

I have tried using the code provided by Adobe when you create a new web project but not sure what im doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers.
