How can I replace the pagination titles with 'Back to List' so they return to the Blog Overview page instead of the previous blog post?

How can I replace the pagination titles with 'Back to List' so they return to the Blog Overview page or Summery blok instead of the previous blog post?

Write now I fixed this problem by adding this  combination of icon and text "<--- Back to List" linked to the main Blog Overview page". 

So you want to remove Left/Right Pagination Titles

then add a title Back to List in between 2 titles?
