Jennifer333
I originally utilized Google Workspace to buy domains and set up emails. I used Wix to build my site. I am constantly running into issues with DNS and MX revolving around email synchronicities. I currently have my inquiry@fareandleisure.com not working however when I go to manage emails through Squarespace (google workspace)it is not listed but when I try to create that email again it says it already exists. There is also an info box that says : You cannot add or edit email forwarding rules at this time You can't add email forwarding rules to a domain with MX records or an active Google Workspace subscription. To add email forwarding rules, first delete any MX records you created or the Google Workspace subscription for this domain. I am very novice at all this and am wondering if I should just transfer my domain over to Squarespace to avoid these kind of complications? I did already invest $400+ on my yearly Premium Subscription with Wix that doesn't expire until May 2025. Meanwhile I still cannot figure out the missing email which is linked several times on my site. TIA Link to comment
derricksrandomviews
A Google Workspace domain should now be a Squarespace domain. You should be able to make MX record changes in the Squarespace domains management panel without effecting your Wix website. Edited September 4 by derricksrandomviews Link to comment
