Summary block 'Read More' button link to external site?

Hi, I am using a summary block to list brick and mortar locations for a client. They want the 'read more' button to link to their google page, and for consistency, I would like all the 'read more' buttons to align to the bottom of the item. I have achieved this using the flexbox technique. 

How can I redirect the read more buttons to external sites without using a link in the excerpt?
