Product Image Change on Hover - Homepage

Hi all! I've noticed on our shop page (https://thisismyhousedress.com/shopall), the product images change on hover. It looks like this only happens on the shop's product page, not on any other product widgets on our about page or homepage. Is it possible to get the other product widgets to have this same effect? 

We specifically want these product widgets on the homepage to have this effect: 

https://thisismyhousedress.com/

I tried this and it didn't work, unfortunately.

Product Block doesn't support this feature. You can consider using Summary Block (then connect with Product Page) then use custom plugin to achieve hover effect.
