Export or Transfer Blog Posts - Not HTML

I'm a medically retired veteran and have cognitive challenges so am really struggling with troubleshooting this issue.

I have an old Squarespace website I want to delete, but first I need to export all my previously imported (WordPress) blog posts as well as all the new ones I created on the Squarespace website, including images.

HTML isn't a viable option as I lose all the formatting, images etc so other than copying and pasting every post which is what I have been doing for years, I'm looking for a quicker and easier way so I don't have to keep paying for a website I no longer use.

Alternatively, are they able to be moved from one Squarespace website to another Squarespace website?

Your patience and understanding are appreciated in helping me with this issue so I can archive my family history.

You can consider duplicate the site, and keep content in Duplicated site. Duplicate site will be Trial version
