Remove blank space between blog header and content

I am adding a blog to my Squarespace website, and there is always excessive white space between my blog header and content. What CSS code do I need to insert to address this? I have reviewed multiple different posts and resources about this, and none of the CSS code snippets they suggest are doing anything to address this.

Here's examples of the code I've tried:
