anaynsm
I have experience connecting third-party domain providers to Squarespace websites, including providers like GoDaddy and Bluehost, by updating the DNS records on those platforms. Today, I encountered a new challenge while trying to connect a domain from a Turkish provider called "Isimtescil." The DNS management panel looks quite different from the ones I've used before. Before making any changes or attempting to connect the domain to my Squarespace website, I wanted to seek advice from the forum. I've attached a photo of the panel for reference. Has anyone dealt with this provider before? I'd appreciate any guidance on where and how to add the DNS records provided by Squarespace. Thank you in advance for your help! ps. the domain is currently connected to a bluehost website & the photo attached is originally in turkish, I just used google translate. Your screenshot shows the panel for setting which servers will host your DNS records. At the moment the domain name is being hosted by a third party (bluehost) so your first step (after taking a backup of all the current settings!) is to change the domain hosting back to this company by ticking the box for "default DNS" and clicking Update. After doing this, you'll be able to set the required DNS records, as you have in the past. Did this help?
