Restore Squarespace Default DNS Settings

I have been trying to hook up my Google domain to Squarespace for two days. It says connected but displays an error page when searched. My settings have never displayed the Squarespace default DNS records. How do you edit/add them? I have tried logging in and out, using different browsers, etc. I have submitted a ticket but have not got a response, looking for help quick

What is the domain? I can check it for what DNS if any it currently has.
