Image on Hover: Zoom, Overlay, Animated Title

Hello! I'm trying to create the image zoom/overlay/animated title effect in the 2nd section of this page: https://chicagoluxeliving.com/ (see images titled home search, home valuation, etc.).

This is the page I'm trying to create the effect on, also in the second section. There are 4 images, currently w/o titles, which I'd like to behave as the ones in the website above: https://www.johnvoirolgroup.com/welcome-1

Hello. Yes I do. I'm not certain as to whether the blocks need to be image blocks or code blocks, but they're not rendering at the right height and are "fit" instead of "fill."

I see you figured it out the hover, overlay effect, now you need to make title up on hover?

Hello. The titles, hover, overlay, and zoom are all working as intended. The only issue I'm having now is the size of the image/code blocks. If you view the inspiration site, the images are taller/longer and in portrait orientation. They are also zoomed in before hover. I'm hoping to accomplish both of these things. The code blocks are currently sized to be taller, but are not displaying as such. Thank you.

I see you removed 4 images on the page. Can you check again?
