Cleaned Emails with totally correct Email addresses

for several campaigns i squarespace has cleaned names that are from known correct email addresses (including my own!). Anyone else have this issue and/or know of a solve?

I am also have this issue!! I have had customers who used to get our emails ask me why they no longer receive them. I just discovered the cleaned list and they are all on there! These are correct email addresses that use to receive our emails. I need this fixed ASAP because our business heavily relies on our email list. 

i'm hoping someone else here or from squarespace might suggest a solution. i've lost a significant number of subscribers due to this issue. adding them back does not seem to work. (i tried it--using my own email address). I suspect some do not even know that there is a place where these cleaned emails go and how many of their subscribers/addresses are being lost to them...
