Promotional Pop-Up Layout is not displaying properly.

Hey everyone!

I tried to set up a new promotional pop-up but I'm having display issues with a specific layout.

As you can see here, the image does not display and the pop-up is too big.

Any ideas? Thank you!

Update: Resolved! It appears like that in my dashboard but all good on the website.

Hey Tuan yes thank you. I reported it to customer support. It does not display correctly in the editor but displays proper when testing it out on the user end.
