tenamoore
Hi SqSp Friends, I'm having issues with my client's site. Not sure if this is the right forum for this question, but hopefully. My client has a one-page website. I created it in June. It has about 5 forms, all the same, but named differently. Here is the site: https://www.orlandokneepain.com/ The backend shows 39 form submissions, but there is only ONE person in the form contacts. They had been getting the emails, but say they haven't received anything since Sunday - but 4 forms have been filled out since Sunday - and the email is the same. I'm so confused. They are running Google Ads and wanted a list of the form submissions - and they are not there. Any ideas? I'm stumped! Thanks, Tena Edited August 29 by tenamoore adding website link Link to comment
tenamoore
I've added a Google Sheet, so they can go there, too - and I just filled out one of the forms and it shows up on the Google Sheet - but not in form submissions. Link to comment

The Form Block must have a required email address field. If it doesn't, the form submission won't be saved in your Contacts panel. Did this help?
