Form with different recipients

Hello

We are currently designing a website for a practice which has 10 employees. Each of these employees has an e-mail address. Now you should be able to select the doctor in the form using a dropdown menu and the form will then be sent to the correct doctor. Is this somehow possible? Or is this only possible with a provider like JotForm where you would have to buy a monthly subscription again?

You can only have one email recipient, so if you need a more complex form then you would have to look at external options.

It may be possible to connect the form to Google Sheets and then set up a notification on the Google Sheet based on the selected doctor, though I don't have a specific method for this.

I do like typeform as a user experience, but I don't know if they have the logic to select different recipients.
