TimeForWellBeing
Hi, I've done a lot of research but don't seem to get getting a precise answer to my question. I have an existing Acuity plan that's just for my business (Emerging plan). I am happy to upgrade it needed. I want to set up a new appointment type where someone schedules an appointment based on both my availability and another person's availability. This other person is not yet a user on my plan. The appointment type needs to offer a calendar where both he and I will attend the appointment together. So we need someone to open the scheduling page and see only availability for both of us together (they don't choose who to meet with). So I need to: 1) reflect his calendar (via Microsoft outlook) 2) allow clients to choose times that both he and I are available (removing our conflicts). Is this possible? And if so, do I need to upgrade, how do I go about adding him in to plan, and getting his Microsoft Outlook calendar reflected (I do not use Outlook)? And finally, I need to make sure his calendar availability does not interfere with my other appointment types. Link to comment
