GRFrazee
I have several Store pages set up on my website, and up until recently they have been working as expected. By that, I mean that when a user clicks on a Product, they are redirected to the specific Product page, as one would expect. Lately, I have noticed that when clicking on a Product, the Store page reloads, and the Product is shown at the bottom of the Store page instead. There is no redirect to the specific Product page, and there's a bunch of extraneous stuff shown at the top of the page that the user has to scroll through, detracting from the buying experience. Just tested on this Store page. Clicking on one of the Products reloads the Store page, with the item listing replaced by the Product details. Please advise on how to get back to the expected Product click behavior. Edited August 28 by GRFrazee Link to comment
TheEcoporium
I created a store that has product pages. The main product page has the items for sale, and towards the top is an introductory block with text. For some reason, this block is on all the individual product pages, and I cannot delete it from the product pages. Any ideas? Link to comment

FattyGuinness
Hello, I have an issue on this website where the introduction section from the store page is also now appearing at the top of the product pages as well. When I first built the store the product pages just displayed the product details but something changed, I'm not sure if its code I've added or a setting that I've changed whilst working on the overall website. Any advice on how to remove the store section from the product pages would be greatly appreciated. James https://www.carolinecrawfordart.co.uk/paintings Link to comment

Hi James This is a new bug that has appeared in the last 24 hours. If you've added a Page Section above the Product List Page (PLP), you'll find that this is also appearing above every Product Detail Page (PDP) too. It shouldn't! This issue has been reported to Squarespace Customer Care. UPDATE: This issue was fixed around 3 hours ago. Did this help? GRFrazee
Of course, the next day the issue seems to have taken care of itself. Maybe it was a global SS issue. Link to comment
