Turn Site Header Button into dropdown

I want to change the header button that now says 'Book a room' so that when you click on it (or hover on web) to dropdown to two options.
I want to keep the rest of the navigation bar in the burger menu as coded now.
 

You would need custom css to do this. 

The process is to create the dropdown and then apply custom css to make the dropdown link look like a button.

My problem with that solution is that the code I use now to keep it outside the burger menu would not work

I think we can use CSS code to make it outside burger, you can try & share site url, we can check easier
