One title in summary block in different position

Hello,

I'm using CSS to have the titles in a summary block show inside the blog post image, but the first title is always lower down than the rest (please see screenshot).

Is there any way to fix this?

Below is the CSS I'm using:

    position: absolute;
    inset: 0;
    z-index: 999;
    display: flex;
    justify-content: center;
    align-items: end;
    opacity: 1;    
  padding-left:20px;
    padding-right:20px;
    padding-bottom:50px;

    }
