Best setup for very low volume ecommerce?

I have an expensive product (~$200) for which I am anticipating very low sales volume (well under 50 a year). I am thinking of just having a website with a product listing and a form people fill out requesting an invoice using the lowest tier offered by squarespace. Then if I become more successful than anticipated, upgrading to a tier that offers proper ecommerce features. Does this sound like a good idea? Will this be easy to set up?
