My domain is still not transferred away from SquareSpace

I performed all steps as outline by Squarespace and I see the transfer process has started by my new registrar. It's been 5 days and my domain still is not transferred.

How can I find out why the hold up? I have no other information from SquareSpace.

This shouldn't be this difficult.

BTW the Contact Customer Support page seems to send me in a loop when I select SquareSpace as it keeps returning me to the same Contact Customer Support page.

1. Domain address/URL: takingownership.co

2. Where is the domain hosted?  It was merged from Google Domains

3. Where is your website hosted?  Nothing is hosted yet

4. Is your Squarespace or third-party site active and published?  No.

Attached is the progress at CloudFlare for the incoming domain. I don't know what their outgoing process/status looks like but I don't see any indication in SquareSpace showing that I initiated a transfer away.

The domain registrar is key-systems a reseller to Google. 

The domain Name Servers are now with Cloudflare, there are no A records yet, and there would not be since you don't have a website.

At the time this domain was not released by SquareSpace within the 5 days and there was no way for me authorize the transfer out of SquareSpace before then.

I think SquareSpace will wait the full 120 hours before approving a transfer and not a minute earlier. In other words, this post was probably within the 5 days but not after 120 hours.

Your domain registrar is now Cloudflare. The Nameservers are with them too. Still no A record pointing to a site.
