Hi Greetings of the day. I would like to add a download link on product pages ( not store page ) where visitors can click a button & download the product spec sheet ( PDF ) or flyers. I want to include this link on each product page as a text link or button. There is no block for Download. Is there a work around?

Yes, I had a site with a page full of downloadable PDFS, all had a downloadable link button.
