MAFAHost
When I try to update the nameserver addresses, I encounter an error. This is an unnecessary and time-wasting issue. As a software developer with 15 years of experience in this industry, this is the first time I have encountered such a situation. This is a very simple issue that should be resolved quickly, especially considering we are in the year 2024. It is quite tragicomic that such a large company has these kinds of problems, while even smaller, less reputable companies can handle these tasks very quickly and easily. While I can usually resolve this kind of issue within 1-2 minutes with other companies, I’ve now had to create a support ticket, and there’s no telling how long I’ll have to wait. I’m well aware that Squarespace doesn’t care about the potential SEO loss or the decline in authority value for my website. As soon as my issue is resolved, I plan to move all my domains away from here. Edited August 24 by MAFAHost Title Link to comment

If it is a Squarespace site follow this should help: To connect a Squarespace domain to your Squarespace site: Open your Domains Dashboard. Click the domain you want to connect. Along the left side, click Website. Click Connect existing website. Select the new site you'd like to connect. Click Next, then click Confirm. Edited August 25 by derricksrandomviews Link to comment
