This looks like a list section, you can set the alignment of the text to center in the section settings.

You are using a stacked image block, use this to center align:

nothing happened when I clicked the align center. isn't it for the alignment of the photo?

If you can't get that working, you can use this in Custom CSS:

.image-block-stack-text-alignment-left .sqs-block-image .design-layout-stack .image-card>* {
    text-align: center !important;
}
