Domain disconnection could cause major losses

Hi,

My domain on Squarespace is "Disconnected," with an expiration date today. I can't reconnect it via the interface. I'm losting money actually. I don't understand in 2024 how it's possible. Please help me avoid service interruption. My payment for other domain are OK, why I have 1/3 domain website not renew ?

I'm at risk of losing tens of thousands each day of euros for €15/year domain ??

Crazy. I try contact support but I have no assistance.

Hi, I'm having this same problem and can't get un touch with squarespace despite numerous attempts on all platforms. If you've managed to sort this please let me know how?
