Remove Secondary Button Hover

Hi,

I have tried a few different code fixes I found on other forums with no success. I am trying to get rid of the hover on the secondary button (after the paragraph) with no success... or at least make it look like the hover on the primary button in the header (reservations). I tried making it a primary button, like in the header, and it had the same problem (doesn't react the same as the button in the nav). Please help! It looks ridiculous now, the colour settings for both buttons are the same. I just don't understand!
