Migration of Orders from Selling > Finance eliminates the ability to filter down to product and export product form data

We have crucial form data that used to be able to be pulled through a CSV export. "Orders" moved from the "Selling" menu to the "Finance" menu and changed its filter criteria. I'm now no longer able to generate an export for a specific product along with the form data that accompanies that product.

Please advise if there is a workaround with the new menu or if there is a means to revert to the last version of the menu.

I have reported the same issue (the content in the highlighted area below is missing). There aren’t any workarounds as the old panel URL is now redirecting to the new one. However, their Engineering team is aware of the issue, and they’re currently working toward a fix (see status update)

UPDATE: This issue has been resolved.

There is a lot of other bad stuff with this change:
Bulk-fulfill feature is gone. We relied on it. It is still in the documentation: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/206540697-Fulfilling-orders

Unfortunately the update is currently preventing us marking multiple orders as fulfilled 😢.

However, this has been acknowledged as an issue and has been reported to their Engineering team. We're awaiting a fix.

UPDATE: The new Orders panel has been rolled back, restoring the features of the older panel.

I'm pleading with Squarespace to improve their back-end Commerce capabilities. Yes, they are not Shopify, but they are missing out on so many basic features. Anything eCommerce-related seems to have just stagnated.

 I'm in the UK, and the orders panel does not appear rolled back and I am lacking the ability to bulk fulfill orders. 😞

The Orders panel update that was rolled back on 23 August was added again this week (18 September). It replaces the old but fully functional one when you use the url /config/commerce/orders or when you navigate to Products & Services > Orders.

Whilst this new panel is being tested, you’ll find the original [old] Orders panel still exists and can be used to bulk fulfill orders. It can be reached using the url /config/finance/orders or by navigating to Finance > Orders.

On Products & Services > Orders

where the Finance > Orders still allow to bulk fulfill orders

Also updated the Admin Quick access toolbar for a new Orders shortcut that lands on Finance - Orders page for easier access
