User78 Posted August 22 Posted August 22 (edited) Hi! This is my first major website so I was wondering if someone could give me some feedback and areas to improve! The idea of the site isn't to really sell people but rather be a place to give to someone for information if they are interested Site: ingridclarfield.com Thank you so much! Comet Posted August 23 Posted August 23 Hello! First off, congratulations that is very exciting. I think the main thing I noticed is issues with text size. The buttons in particular are difficult to read, with the font chosen. I would alter the font to be a bit easier on the eyes! For your navigation, have you tried adding some contrast from your hero, to help with the flow of the site? Also, I would consider grouping them together with a dropdown option. It is a bit overwhelming at the moment with so many options. Think about what they all have in common and how you would navigate the site as a user. That always helps me. I like how you laid out some of your other pages, but the layout on the about page could be improved by rearranging the photos to be larger, text could be spaced out more, and broken up so that it has some breathing room. Think about adding info to the footer, their email, socials, and logo. I think the blue you chose is very cheerful and welcoming which I think works well for your client.
User78 Posted August 27 Author Posted August 27 Thank you very much for the feedback. I'll try to incorporate as much as I can! Thanks
