Anchor Links in Different Sections

I’m trying to create anchor links to link images from my home page to a specific section on a projects page. When I place the code block at the header of the project section, the link takes me about 25% of the way down and doesn’t actually show the project title. I think the Link is mapping the top of my browser to the code block. i fixed this by just placing the code block 1 section up, so to map to project B I have a code block in the bottom of project A. But the mobile view link maps me to the bottom of the browser, so if I selected project B, it maps to project A. Site is maxwellvu.com
