Text size bugging due to code blocks

Hello,

I've been having some bugs when adding code blocks to my site. The times I used it before, everything worked fine. As seen on the screenshot, I added the code block above the accordion.

The code I added is: <a id="plb" </a>

I then linked the anker with the "Beratung" at the top of the page. 

I have smooth scroll built in the website. 

Any ideas why the container (any container may I add) below the "Pure Luxe Beratung" always ends up having a bug, either with displaying the blocks wrong or removing blocks after publishing?
