Video Thumbnail size changed

I use the same illustrator file to create the 16:9 thumbnail for each video. Recently the thumbnail size changed and the text is being cut off because of it. How do I fix this so that all the thumbnails are 16:9?

You can't. At least not in a video library. The only option is to have thumbnails display in the video library with the sides cut off. If you're using YouTube or Vimeo links, the thumbnail will be low resolution, again with no way to adjust. Been hoping for them to update this for years now.

You can still upload 16:9 thumbnails and display them in a summary block elsewhere on your website in the correct aspect ratio.
