Outlook layout problems - custom code?

Hi,

We've created an email template via Squarespace 'email campaigns'.
It all looks fine until trying to add an image into a 2 column area, using the list + image module.

It appears ok everywhere except PC Outlook (a common problem in email!)
As you can see the image is shrunk and not right aligned as in the Squarespace editor or Mc Mail / GMail.

Is there a way to add custom code to emails (like Squarespace websites) to do some custom Outlook handling?

If not is there a workaround / fix for this module?
