Soundcloud block not working to auto play audio

Hello all! I am trying to add music to my website that autoplays when visitors arrive at the landing page. The block is in the footer. I'm having two issues:

1) The audio does not play until you have clicked into a different section of the website. It does not immediately play when you arrive on the landing page.

2) The audio does not play at all on mobile.

I have tried on both chrome and safari and confirmed that my browser is not preventing pop-ups. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
