Website not scaling as intended

Hello!

I'm having trouble understanding how to solve a scaling issue in my website. Squarespace is automatically re-sizing my text and images whenever I display my website on a screen smaller than what I have been working on, however, the text and images are not displaying as intended.

The image attached is an example of how I want the information to be displayed, but a smaller screen seems to squish everything together - If you take a look at the website it'll probably look differently to how I want it to be displayed..
